Grant of License

SaaS4Builders is provided under a proprietary source code license, not an open-source license. This license grants you the right to use the source code and compiled product for a single commercial project of your choice. Each additional project requires a separate license purchase.

Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the product to develop one commercial project
• Modify the source code for your specific project needs
• Deploy the product to production for your project
• Access all documentation and support materials
• Receive updates released during the license period

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, share, or publish the source code in any form
• Sublicense the product to other parties
• Resell the product as a standalone service or SaaS offering
• Use the product for more than one commercial project without additional licenses
• Modify and redistribute the product under any open-source license
• Provide access to the source code to unauthorized third parties
• Create derivative products that compete with SaaS4Builders

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in SaaS4Builders, including source code, documentation, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of SaaS4Builders. Your license is limited to the rights explicitly granted in this agreement.

Termination

This license is perpetual for single-project use. However, we reserve the right to terminate your license if you materially breach this agreement and fail to remedy the breach within thirty days of notice.
